Meetings 3rd Tuesday of each month
at 7 p.m.
in Carlton County Boardroom
Variance
requests shall be reviewed by
the Board of Adjustment.
Applications may be obtained at
the Planning and Zoning Office.
The
Board of Adjustment generally
meets once a month (date depends
on the number of pending
applications).
Applicants are notified prior to
the hearing as to the meeting
date, time, etc. in order for a
representative to be present to
answer any questions.
The
Organized Township and County
Commissioner are notified along
with the adjacent property
owners, property owners within
500 feet, or the nearest ten
parcels - whichever is greater.
Applicants denied a Variance may
appeal to the District Court.
