Adult Social Services staff provide substance use disorder assessments, mental health services, care coordination, eligibility determination for Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Funds, and chemical dependency treatment referrals for income eligible individuals.
Vulnerable adult services include investigation of maltreatment reports and adult protection services including case management, guardianship, conservatorship or court commitment services as needed. When calling, please ask to speak with the adult on-call social worker.
The Adult Protection team provides assessment and protective social services for the purpose of preventing maltreatment including abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, and to safeguard the welfare of the maltreated vulnerable adult.
Mental health services include assessment, intake, information and referral, and case management for adults with mental health needs.
