The Carlton County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids, up to 10:00 a.m.,
December 30, 2021, at the Office of the County Auditor, 205 Courthouse, P.O. Box 130, Carlton, Minnesota, 55718-0130, for publication in 2022 of the following:
1. Publication of Commissioners Proceedings, Pursuant to M.S.A. 375.12, as follows:
a. County Board Meetings - (Summary)
2. Publication of the 2021 Delinquent Real Estate Tax List, Pursuant to M.S.A. 279.08
3. Other Legal Publications
Successful bidders must be qualified newspapers in the State of Minnesota, Pursuant to M.S.A. 331A.04
Each bid must be separately offered.
Bids will be submitted in the following manner, with legal publications to be printed in 6-point type with eleven lines printed per inch and titles or headings in 8-point type:
Bids per Standard Advertising Unit (S.A.U.) $____________________
Rate per S.A.U. on Printing of Second Notice $____________________
Any printer wishing to print any additional notices for the County must include a bid per S.A.U.
The County Board of Commissioners will review these bids at 8:30 a.m., on Tuesday,
January 4th, 2022, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
