NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO CONSIDER
PLANS FOR REDISTRICTING OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER
DISTRICTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH MINNESOTA STATE
STATUTES SECTION 375.01 TO 375.025.
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of April, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., the Carlton County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Carlton County Transportation Building, 1630 County Road 61, Carlton, MN 55718, for the purpose of considering preliminary plans for the redistricting of Carlton County Commissioner Districts. A copy of the preliminary plans with all attachments and
supporting documentation shall be available for public inspection in the County Auditor’s office, 301 Walnut Ave, Carlton, MN 55718 during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any citizen intending to submit a plan for consideration in the redistricting of Carlton County Commissioner Districts must do so no later than April 6, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in the County Auditor’s office.
Notice is also given that the Carlton County Board of County Commissioners will meet at the Carlton County Transportation Building, 1630 County Road 61, Carlton, MN 55718, on April 25, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of adopting the redistricting plan for Carlton County Commissioner Districts.
