The Carlton County Transportation Department will hold a Public Meeting at 6:00 P.M., on
Monday, March 26, 2018 in the meeting room at the Transportation and Tax Forfeit Land
Department building at 1630 Co. Rd. 61, Carlton, Minnesota. The purpose of the Public
Meeting will be to present the proposed 2018 Construction Program and gather public input
that may still be included in the proposed projects. A brief presentation will also be made of
the construction projects proposed in remainder of the Five Year Construction Program for
2018 – 2023. The meeting is open to any adult resident of Carlton County or interested
parties. Persons who wish to express an interest, opinion, comment or concern about
County State Aid Highway, County Road and Bridge projects in the County are urged to
attend. Those interested parties who are not able to attend the Public Meeting may
submit, in writing, comments, questions or concerns to the Office of the County Engineer at
1630 Co. Rd. 61, Carlton, MN, 55718, to be received by the Engineer no later than April
27, 2018. The written comments will be included with the comments received at the Public
Meeting. Pertinent information about proposed construction projects is available for
viewing or copying at the Office of the County Engineer at 1630 Co. Rd. 61, Carlton,
