My mother is elderly and disabled and having a terrible time getting her phone fixed by Frontier.
She is being left out of basic communication for doctors, family, and emergency support. She cannot aford a computer nor does she have a cell phone. She is not the only person who is without service for over a month. Frontier must be held accountable. Could you please look into this. Thank you, Kristine Lund
