| Qualified contractors will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and civil engineer work required to design, deliver, construct and install a self-supporting one hundred and eighty-five foot (185’) communications tower and communications shelter for the Carlton County Justice Center located at 1780 Justice Dr. Carlton, MN 55718.
